shipping policy
All items are shipped with the French Postal Service and are dispatched within 5 days.
Standard shipping is without tracking, if you'd like a tracking number please select it in the shipping method while checking out.
estimated shipping times
within France: 3-4 days after shipping
within Europe: 10-17 days after shipping
rest of the world: 20-30 days after shipping
customs
Any customs or fees you have to pay when your goodies arrive are your own responsibility. Customs vary depending on the country and sadly I don't have any control over them.
losses and delays
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order so we can try to figure out a solution together! However, I still reserve the right to deny responsibility for losses, delays or damages that occur during transit. If you gave me an incorrect address, I won't be able to give you a refund after it has been shipped.
